We index 1870 links to official examination documents across 153 subjects, with 2968 individual questions mapped to their topic. Every document and every examiner report opens on the board's own website, so you are always reading the current official document — we never re-host exam content.

Common questions
Where can I find official VCE, HSC and QCE past exam papers?
On the assessing authority's own website: the VCAA for VCE, NESA for the HSC and the QCAA for the QCE. Every link on this page opens the board's copy rather than a re-hosted one, so you are always reading the current official document. We index them by subject and year, and where we have verified the mapping we also label which questions belong to which topic.
Are past exam papers free?
Yes. The VCAA, NESA and the QCAA all publish past examination papers and their accompanying reports free on their own sites, and the index on this page is free to use without an account. What we charge for is separate: original practice exams written to the current study design, with mark-by-mark answer guides.
How far back should I go with past papers?
Only as far as the current study design or syllabus runs. A paper written under a superseded design can examine content you are not assessed on and can miss content you are. Every year row on our per-subject indexes is labelled with the design era it was written under, so you can see at a glance where the boundary falls for your subject.
What is an examiner report and why does it matter?
It is the document the assessing authority publishes after marking, showing how students actually performed on each question and what separated the strong answers from the weak ones. It is the closest thing to a marking scheme you will get for a real paper. The VCAA calls it an examiner report, NESA calls them marking guidelines and the QCAA calls it a subject report.
When you run out of real papers
There are only so many official papers, and most students burn through them too early. Every subject hub adds 20 full-length practice exams written to the current study design, each with a mark-by-mark answer guide — so you can keep sitting papers under timed conditions after the official ones are gone.
