Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026. Please read these terms carefully — by creating an account, purchasing, or using ATARMAxxing you agree to them.

1. Who we are

ATARMAxxing is a service operated by ATM Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 95 699 131 470) ("ATARMAxxing", "we", "us"), based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, providing original online study materials for VCE, HSC and QCE students. You can contact us at admin@atarmaxxing.com.au. We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA), the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA), the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA), or any school, university or government body.

2. Nothing here is official or authoritative

All notes, practice questions, practice exams, model answers, marking guides, flashcards and other materials on ATARMAxxing are original study aids written with reference to the publicly available study designs and syllabuses. They are not official, not authoritative, and are not produced or approved by the VCAA, NESA or any examination authority.

We are under no obligation to ensure that any material is correct, complete, current, or aligned with any official standard or authority, and you must not treat anything on this site as a definitive or authoritative statement of any syllabus, study design, assessment requirement, or correct answer. Indicative answers and marking guides illustrate the kind of response that may earn marks; actual marking by an examination authority may differ.

3. No reliance; no guarantee of results

You use the materials at your own risk and discretion. We make no representation, warranty or guarantee about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of any material, and no guarantee about your academic results, marks, ranks or ATAR. You are responsible for verifying any information against your own official school and examination-authority resources.

4. Intellectual property

Except for third-party past examination papers and their marking guidelines (which remain the property of the relevant examination authority and are linked from their official sources), all content on ATARMAxxing is our copyright and remains our property. When you have purchased access we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the materials for your own individual study only. That licence may be revoked if you breach these terms (for example, by sharing or redistributing the materials).

You must not copy, reproduce, download (except where a download is expressly provided), screenshot for redistribution, scrape, republish, sell, share, sublicense, or create derivative works from any of our materials, or share your account or access with anyone else. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.

5. Downloads

Our own materials are provided for viewing within the site and are not available for download. The only downloadable items are the official past examination papers and marking guidelines, which are the property of the relevant examination authority and are linked from their official websites.

6. Purchases, pricing and lifetime access

One-time purchase. ATARMAxxing access is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There are no recurring charges, no renewals, and nothing to cancel. The current prices, in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST, are:

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details. The price shown at checkout is the total amount payable.

What "lifetime" means

"Lifetime access" means access to your purchased subject hub(s) for as long as the ATARMAxxing platform continues to operate. It is tied to your account, not to a school year — if you repeat a year, defer, or come back later, your access is still there. It is personal to you and cannot be transferred, resold or shared.

If we ever discontinue the platform. If ATARMAxxing permanently shuts down, we will give purchasers at least 60 days' notice by email and make purchased materials available for personal download during that period. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Choosing and changing your subjects

You choose which subject hubs fill your plan's slots after purchase. Each subject you select is permanent and cannot be un-selected. You may swap a chosen subject once within 14 days of purchase (for example, if your enrolment changes) by contacting us. To access additional subjects you may purchase a plan with more slots.

Refunds

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Because you can preview every subject free before buying, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds — but nothing on this page limits your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Existing monthly subscribers

If you subscribed before lifetime pricing was introduced, your monthly plan keeps working exactly as it did and is unaffected by this change. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues to the end of the period you have paid for. If you would like to move to a lifetime plan, contact us and we will apply your current month's payment toward it.

Price changes

We may change the price of future purchases at any time. A change never affects a purchase you have already made — what you have bought stays yours on the terms that applied when you bought it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATARMAxxing and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense of any kind (including direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of marks or opportunity, or any reliance loss) arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this site or its materials, or any error, omission or inaccuracy in them, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.

Australian Consumer Law: nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant materials or refunding the amount you paid for them.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use ATARMAxxing only for lawful, personal study purposes, not to attempt to bypass the paywall or access controls, and not to disrupt or misuse the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
