All URLs were copied verbatim from official NESA/NSW Government pages actually fetched during this session (educationstandards.nsw.edu.au redirects permanently to nsw.gov.au/education-and-training/nesa — both are the same official NESA authority; the nsw.gov.au host is the current canonical location for NESA HSC exam-paper resources). Coverage: 2016-2025 (10 years), exceeding the "most recent ~10" target, split across two syllabus eras (2013 syllabus: 2016-2018; 2017 syllabus, current and examinable through 2026: 2019-2025). The topics[] structure was extracted directly from the official Biology Stage 6 Syllabus (2017) DOCX (downloaded from nsw.gov.au/sites/default/files/noindex/2025-03/biology-stage-6-syllabus-2017.docx) — real inquiry-question wording, not paraphrased or guessed. A new "Biology 11-12 Syllabus (2025)" is confirmed (per the syllabus landing page) to take effect for first examination in 2027, so all listed years remain validly mapped to the two eras above with no ambiguity. questions[] was built only from the 2023 paper, which was fully opened and read page-by-page (all 35 questions across both sections, all diagrams/tables/context read). I did not guess or fabricate; every description is my own one-line original summary of what the question asks, never copied question text, stimulus wording, or model answers. I did not attempt questions[] for other years since I did not fully read those PDFs in this session — extending questions[] to further years would require additional full-paper reads. Gaps/anomalies: (1) No exam cancellation for NSW HSC Biology in 2020 or 2021 — official pages show standard exam+marking-guideline packs with no COVID disruption notes (NSW HSC written exams proceeded both years, unlike school-based assessment disruptions some other states experienced). (2) 2024 exam PDF filename carries a "-cc" suffix (corrected copy) — noted in that year's entry. (3) 2018/2017/2016 are pre-current-syllabus and should be flagged/greyed differently in the UI since their content structure does not map to the current topics[] taxonomy — I did not attempt to map old-syllabus content to current topics. (4) No separate "examination report" document exists for Biology — NESA publishes integrated "marking guidelines" PDFs (used as reportUrl) plus inline per-question "marking feedback" text on each year's web page itself, not as a downloadable report file. (5) I did not check 2015/2014 archive years since they fall outside the ~10-year window and are also pre-2017-syllabus.
