ATARMAxxing ("we", "us") makes VCE and HSC study resources. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and plain because most of the people who use our site are in Year 12.
ATARMAxxing is operated by ATM Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 95 699 131 470), based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. For any question or request about your personal information — including to access, correct, or delete it, or to make a privacy complaint — email admin@atarmaxxing.com.au. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
We do not collect your date of birth, home address, phone number, school, or any sensitive information for marketing. We never buy email lists, and we never sell your data.
Many of our users are under 18. We treat that seriously: we collect the minimum we need, we don't behaviourally target or profile minors, marketing emails are off by default until you opt in, and our content is made to reduce exam stress, not exploit it. We design to the Australian Privacy Principles and the OAIC's Children's Online Privacy Code. If you're a parent and want a child's data removed, email us and we'll do it.
We only send marketing email after you confirm you want it (a double opt-in). Every marketing email identifies us and has a one-click unsubscribe that we honour immediately. If you buy a subject you'll still get essential account emails (like a receipt) regardless.
We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not track you across other sites. Optional Google Analytics only loads if you choose "Accept analytics" in the banner — and never before. You can change your choice any time.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email admin@atarmaxxing.com.au and we'll action it. You can also unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.
Access is protected and your saved work is only ever readable by you. We keep data only as long as we need it; leads who never confirm are removed periodically.
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Material changes will be made clear on the site.
