All URLs verified live via curl (HTTP 200 + correct application/pdf or .docx content-type) and cross-checked against the actual rendered DOM of the official VCAA index page in Chrome. IMPORTANT DISCOVERY: VCAA's site (vcaa.vic.edu.au) migrated to a client-rendered Next.js app; the bare path pattern "/Documents/exams/busmngmnt/[year]/..." that WebFetch's static crawl and web search results surfaced is DEAD (returns HTTP 200 but serves an empty Next.js shell, i.e. a soft-404) on both www.vcaa.vic.edu.au and the underlying vcaacorporateprod.prod.acquia-sites.com host. The correct, live path requires a "/sites/default/files/" prefix, e.g. "https://www.vcaa.vic.edu.au/sites/default/files/Documents/exams/busmngmnt/2022/2022busman-w.pdf" — I only found this by loading the page in a real browser, expanding the "2017 to 2022" accordion, and reading the actual href attributes from the DOM, then confirming each with curl. All 10 years' exam and report URLs in years[] use this corrected, verified path. 2024 and 2025 use newer date-stamped paths (e.g. "/sites/default/files/2025-03/...") which were already correct. The current study design (accreditation from 2023) was confirmed via the VCE Business Management curriculum page and its Study Design docx was downloaded and read in full to extract genuine Unit 3/4 Area of Study wording for topics[] (only Units 3 and 4 are externally examined; Units 1-2 topics are included as school-based-only background, clearly separated). The exam specification docx confirms this is a single "Written examination" (Question and Answer Book, Section A + Section B, 75 marks, 2hr writing/15min reading) — not split into numbered papers — so paper labels are "Written examination" throughout. questions[] entries for 2023 and 2024 were built only after reading every page of both full exam PDFs (48 pages total); all descriptions are my own one-line paraphrases, no VCAA question text or wording was copied. I stopped at 2 years of questions (12-13 questions/parts each) since the instructions call for questions[] only when a paper is actually opened and read — I did not fabricate question entries for years I did not personally read (2016-2022, 2025 exam questions are not included in questions[], though their PDF/report links are fully verified in years[]). No 2020 COVID-related cancellation or format-adjustment note was found on the official Business Management index page itself — earlier search results surfaced a generic "2020adjusted/AdjustedBusMan-specs" URL but that path also resolved to the same dead Next.js soft-404 shell, so I discarded it as unverifiable rather than fabricate a note. Coverage gap: pre-2017 years beyond 2016 sit behind a further "Archive" accordion button on the live page that I did not expand (2016 alone satisfies the ~10-year / most-recent requirement together with 2017-2025).
