ACCESS METHOD: qcaa.qld.edu.au blocks all direct automated fetching -- both WebFetch and curl (with a full browser User-Agent) returned HTTP 403 Forbidden on every attempt, including on PDF URLs, indicating a WAF/bot-protection layer rather than an auth wall. No Nimble CLI/MCP or other authenticated fetch tool was available in this environment. Consequently every URL below was obtained via WebSearch result titles/URLs only (the search engine's own crawler can access the site; I could not read the fetched page/PDF content myself). Because I never actually opened a paper, questions[] is empty per the task's explicit instruction not to guess -- this is a hard constraint of the environment, not a scope decision.\n\nCOVERAGE: 5 years of EA papers verified for 2020-2024 (all under the 2019 v1.2 syllabus era), which is the full run of publicly documented Health EA cohorts. QCAA's General-subject EAs began with the 2020 cohort (new QCE system), so 5 years is the maximum available, matching the task's 'all available EA years' instruction for QCAA. The 2025 cohort's subject report and EA papers were searched for specifically but not found indexed as of today (2026-07-08) -- likely because the 2025 subject report cycle (Jan 2026 releases, confirmed for other subjects like English/Biology) had not yet produced a Health-specific report at time of search, or it exists but wasn't returned by the search tool. This is flagged as a genuine gap, not fabricated as absent.\n\nSYLLABUS TRANSITION: A new Health 2025 v1.3 syllabus exists and is confirmed 'for implementation with students who will complete their study of the course in 2026 or beyond' -- meaning ALL indexed past papers (2020-2024) sit under the outgoing 2019 v1.2 era, and the current/upcoming Year 12 cohort (2026) is the first under the new syllabus. The topics[] structure reflects the current 2025 v1.3 syllabus per the task instructions (Unit titles: Resilience / Peers and family / Community / Respectful relationships, each confirmed directly from QCAA search-result snippets), but based on search evidence (matching Unit titles, Ottawa Charter, salutogenic approach, diffusion-of-innovations model, and social-ecological-model language appearing identically in both 2019 v1.2 and 2025 v1.3 material) the four-unit structure and core frameworks appear to have carried over from 2019 v1.2 with likely refinements to objectives/ISMGs/subject matter (per one search snippet noting changes to 'objectives, Health inquiry model, subject matter, assessment specifications and ISMGs') rather than a wholesale content overhaul -- this could not be verified in full because I could not open either syllabus PDF directly, so treat the granular topics[] wording as directionally accurate but not verbatim-confirmed against the source PDF text.\n\nEXAM FORMAT: EA is a single external examination (not multiple numbered papers) weighted 25% of the final subject result, comprising an extended response task (45 marks) with a Stimulus book (unseen sources) + Question and response book, marked by QCAA-trained markers. This differs from subjects with 'Paper 1/Paper 2' structures -- reflected in the papers[] labels used above.\n\nMINOR GAPS: 2022's stimulus book and 2021's marking guide specific URLs were not independently confirmed via search (only inferred to exist by pattern from other years) -- I deliberately omitted them from papers[] rather than fabricate a URL not directly returned by search, so those two years show one fewer paper entry than 2021/2023/2024. Every URL actually listed was copied verbatim from a WebSearch result on the qcaa.qld.edu.au host.
