Buying and access
Can I preview a subject before buying?
Yes. Every subject page includes a real sample note, a worked question and the full contents list before checkout.
Is it a subscription?
No. Subject plans are one-time payments in Australian dollars. Your purchased subject slots stay available while the platform operates.
When does access begin?
Access normally appears as soon as Stripe confirms payment. Sign in with the email used at checkout if you bought as a guest.
Accounts
Where are my subjects?
Sign in, then open Home or My subjects. Purchased subjects appear after the checkout email is linked to your account.
I cannot sign in
Request a fresh sign-in email and use the newest link. Older links may have expired. Contact us if the new link still fails.
Can I choose subjects later?
Yes. A multi-subject purchase gives you subject slots. You can fill remaining slots later from your account.
Resources and downloads
Where are the free notes?
Open Free notes, choose your curriculum and subject, then follow the claim steps. The PDF is also attached to your account when available.
Can I download paid hub content?
Paid subject hubs are designed for use inside the platform. Any included downloadable item is labelled clearly on its own page.
