VCE, HSC and QCE flashcards, one deck per subject

What a deck is

Every deck is built against the current VCAA, NESA or QCAA course document for that subject, unit by unit, so the cards follow the same spine your school follows rather than a generic pile of definitions someone typed up for a different state. Each card is one idea: a term and its meaning, a formula and when it applies, a case study and the point it proves, a command word and what the marker is waiting to see. Cards carry their unit, so you can drill Unit 3 in October without Unit 4 cluttering the queue. Most decks run to two hundred cards; the exact size of each one is printed on its row below, because a deck that is still being rebuilt should say so rather than borrow another subject’s number.

How the spaced repetition works

Flip a card, then grade yourself honestly — Again, Hard, Good or Easy. Anything you fail comes back the same day; anything you nail is pushed further out, and the gap grows each time you get it right. That is the whole trick: you spend your revision hours on the forty cards you actually keep dropping instead of re-reading the hundred and sixty you already know. Your schedule saves to your account, so the deck picks up on your phone where the laptop left off, and the site tells you how many cards are due today.

Downloads, and what you own

Buy a deck and you can export it as an Anki file — decks and unit tags already set up — or as a CSV that imports straight into Quizlet or opens in Excel. One payment of $9.99, no subscription, no renewal, and the deck stays in your account through Year 12 and beyond. If you later subscribe to the full subject hub, the same deck is included there and your review schedule carries across untouched.

Already subscribed to a subject? Its deck is part of that subscription — open the deck below and you will be let straight in, with nothing to pay.

Want more than the cards?

A deck is the recall half of revision. The subject hubs add the other half — full-length practice exams with worked solutions, revision notes for every area of study, and every official past paper indexed by topic — and they include the flashcards too. If cards are all you need, $9.99 is all you pay.
