- Section B - four 10-mark extended responses: U3 AOS1 ethnocentrism vs cultural relativism in representations of Indigenous cultures, U3 AOS2 a specific ethnic group (Italian-Australian community), U4 AOS1 community theory & a selected community (an online gaming community), U4 AOS2 a specific social movement (the marriage-equality movement) — 40 marks
- Whole-paper skills: defining and applying sociological concepts/theories/methods, evaluating evidence and sources, and synthesising evidence into conclusions — embedded across both sections
