Common questions
When do 2026 WACE results come out?
SCSA says 2026 WACE results come out in mid-December 2026 but has not published an exact day; TISC releases the ATAR on Sunday 20 December 2026 from 8:00 am.
How do I check my WACE results?
Results come through the SCSA Student Portal, which SCSA says opens for Year 12 results in mid-December. Your ATAR is issued by TISC, not SCSA. Check the official page linked here for the exact process.
Who calculates the WACE ATAR?
TISC issues the ATAR for Western Australia. It is a rank, not a mark: it compares your scaled results with your age cohort, so the same raw score can lead to different ATARs in different subjects and years.
What should I do on WACE results day?
Read your results and ATAR, compare the ATAR with the published selection ranks for your preferences, and change your preferences with TISC before the next offer-round deadline if you need to. Adjustment factors (equity, subject and regional bonuses) can lift your selection rank above your ATAR for some courses.
