Common questions
When do 2026 VCE results come out?
2026 VCE results are released by VCAA on Thursday 10 December 2026 from 7:00 am, together with the ATAR.
How do I check my VCE results?
Register for the VCE Results and ATAR Service by 5:00 pm Wednesday 9 December 2026. It is a separate login from VTAC: a VTAC account does not give you access. Your study scores and ATAR then appear there together on results day.
Who calculates the VCE ATAR?
VTAC issues the ATAR for Victoria. It is a rank, not a mark: it compares your scaled results with your age cohort, so the same raw score can lead to different ATARs in different subjects and years.
What should I do on VCE results day?
Read your results and ATAR, compare the ATAR with the published selection ranks for your preferences, and change your preferences with VTAC before the next offer-round deadline if you need to. Adjustment factors (equity, subject and regional bonuses) can lift your selection rank above your ATAR for some courses.
