  • Abuse of human rights as the committed Unit 3 AoS2 contemporary crisis — the Uyghur situation in Xinjiang and Myanmar's Rohingya/post-coup crisis as core case material, actor interests (China/Myanmar state vs UN Human Rights Council, ICJ, ASEAN, NGOs), consequences, and evaluated effectiveness of responses (sanctions, ICJ Gambia v Myanmar, UN mechanisms).
