This paper covers
- Section A (Criteria 2 and 8): A Walls of Jerusalem walk in mid-March: late afternoon, a tired group wants to stop early against the plan; apply two theories of your choice.
- Section B (5 compulsory questions, 8/8/8/8/8 marks, Criterion 3): core competencies; equity in leadership; experience-based judgement; reflection through logs; risk minimisation
- Section C (4 compulsory questions, 10/10/10/10 marks, Criterion 5): Maslow and fatigue; conflict at the campsite; communication channels; Tuckman techniques
- Section D Part 1, compulsory (Criteria 7 and 8): Commercial huts and private development proposals in the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area
- Section D Part 2, choose one (Criteria 7 and 8): Repeat visits and proximity as ways to grow connection OR Aboriginal Country and walking tracks in the central plateau
- Practice mark model: Section B 5 × 8 and Section C 4 × 10 follow real TASC patterns (40 marks each); Sections A (40) and D (2 × 30) are rated A+ to z on the real exam and carry practice marks only.
