Section One: answer Question 1 using ONE of the three complete unseen texts. Section Two: answer TWO different questions, using two different genres and a different genre from Section One. Across all three responses, use poetry, prose fiction and drama exactly once. Section Two primary texts must be on the current prescribed lists; follow the genre fixed by Questions 2–4. The official paper specifies a 15% of total-marks penalty for each breach of its genre, prescribed-text or genre-specific-question instructions.
