- Armed conflict as the committed Unit 3 AoS2 contemporary crisis — causes, key actors and competing interests, consequences, and effectiveness of responses (using the Russia-Ukraine war as the primary case study with a secondary comparator)
- India as the committed Unit 4 AoS1 Indo-Pacific state — national interests, hard/soft/sharp/smart power, internal and external challenges, effectiveness in achieving national interests
- Australia in the Indo-Pacific (Unit 4 AoS2, compulsory) — national interests, use of power, key regional relationships (Quad, AUKUS, ASEAN, India), tested via an original embedded source in Section B
- Integration of Unit 3 (climate change + armed conflict) and Unit 4 (India + Australia) in two single-prompt 10-mark Section C extended responses requiring evaluation, balanced AoS coverage, and contemporary dated evidence
