This paper covers
- Section A (Criteria 2 and 8): Sailing a dinghy fleet on the Tamar estuary: a capsize and a rising wind; apply transactional and feminist leadership.
- Section B (4 compulsory questions, 10/10/10/10 marks, Criterion 3): metaskills defined; decision making under pressure; goal setting; emergency procedures
- Section C (4 compulsory questions, 10/10/10/10 marks, Criterion 5): Maslow and the cold; communication on water; conflict over crew roles; Tuckman storming
- Section D Part 1, compulsory (Criteria 7 and 8): Water quality and the kanamaluka / Tamar estuary
- Section D Part 2, choose one (Criteria 7 and 8): Restoring place through stewardship activities OR Aboriginal perspectives on waterways
- Marks model: Sections B and C use TASC-style 40-mark allocations; Sections A (40) and D (60, 30 per part) are a practice allocation because the real exam rates them A+ to z.
