This paper covers
- Criterion 5: electrolysis products and Faraday calculations, with an original data set and correctly specified aqueous/phase conditions.
- Criterion 6: Kc, ICE tables and equilibrium shifts, requiring a justified chemical explanation and at least one quantitative or data-based step.
- Criterion 7: synthesis, yield and polymer structure, combining precise chemical representation with evidence from the supplied context.
- Criterion 8: gas laws and empirical formula, showing a complete calculation path, units and significant figures.
Students are permitted to bring into the examination the materials normally allowed for this subject. Answer all questions in the spaces provided.
