Answer: Worked solution

The beat is organised in regular groups of three, so the metre is regular triple grouping. Emphasis between expected beats creates syncopation against the pulse. The triple grouping supplies a stable hierarchy, while between-beat melodic accents contradict expected emphasis. A complete two-mark answer names regular triple metre and explains syncopation as displacement against that continuing frame. Marking guide: award one idea for regular triple grouping and one for syncopation against it. A full response must mention the continuing metric reference; “the rhythm is uneven” alone does not explain the relationship.
