The VCE study planner that works backwards from your exams

A simple weekly planner that turns 'I should study' into 'here's what I'm doing today'.

Most planners fail because they start from "Monday" instead of from your actual exam dates. Here's the version that works:

  1. Write your exam dates first. VCE written exams run 27 Oct – 18 Nov 2026. Put each subject's date at the top of the page.
  2. Count backwards in weeks. Each week before an exam gets one full timed practice attempt for that subject, then targeted revision on whatever the marking showed.
  3. Protect two things daily: sleep and one focused 50-minute block per subject you have that day. Everything else is bonus.
  4. Leave the last 3 days light. Review your own summaries, not new content.

That's the whole system. The free pack below gives you the printable grid and a worked example for a five-subject load.
