A taste of what's on the sheet:
Lewin's Force Field Analysis: driving forces push change forward; restraining forces resist it. To implement change, increase driving forces and reduce restraining forces — name both for full marks.
Command words: "Outline" wants the key points briefly; "Analyse" wants you to break it down and show relationships; "Evaluate" wants a judgement with both sides. Answering "evaluate" like "describe" is the most common mark-loser.
