QCE Specialist Mathematics — discussion and resource swaps

Ask the question you're actually stuck on, answer one you've already worked out, and swap your own notes with other QCE Specialist Mathematics students. Anyone can read every thread here — you only need an account to post or reply.

Specialist Mathematics discussions

Most Specialist Mathematics questions die in a group chat at 11pm and are never seen again. Ask it here instead and the answer stays put, under the question, for whoever searches the same thing next term — including the parts of the syllabus that reliably cost people marks: Unit 1: Combinatorics, proof, vectors and matrices, Unit 2: Complex numbers, further proof, trigonometry, functions and transformations and Unit 3: Further complex numbers, proof, vectors and matrices.

Worth saying plainly: this is for working things out together, not for handing over SAC or assessment answers. Anything that crosses that line gets reported and removed.

Nobody has started a Specialist Mathematics thread yet.Go first. A half-formed question is still a good post — “I can't get past part (b) and here's what I tried” gets answered far more often than a tidy one that says nothing. The reply you get is the reason the next student finds this page.
