- Section B Q3 (functional use of space, Criterion 4): Unit for a couple in their eighties, one of whom uses a wheelchair: kitchen, bathroom and bedroom
- Section B Q4 (functional use of space, Criterion 4): Tailoring studio added to the street front of a cottage, separate from family living
