This paper covers
- Section A Q1 (Cool Temperate, Criterion 3): Hobart coastal shack replacement, views east, strong westerly winds, 50 m² max with a deck
- Section A Q2 (Hot Humid Tropical, Criterion 3): Darwin pole house on a sloping bush block with privacy from the street
- Section B Q3 (functional use of space, Criterion 4): Ground-floor apartment adapted for a wheelchair user living alone (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom)
- Section B Q4 (functional use of space, Criterion 4): Shared student flat for three tenants: privacy, shared kitchen and study spaces
- Practice model: 60 marks per question; TASC rates Criterion 3 and Criterion 4 on A+ to z, not marks
- Calculations: Hobart eave limits and view-window shares; Darwin pole heights and overhangs; apartment kitchen run, bathroom clearances and balcony threshold; student-flat furniture fits
