- Section B Q3 (functional use of space, Criterion 4): Accessible shower room and toilet for a primary school's out-of-hours care building
- Section B Q4 (functional use of space, Criterion 4): Granny flat for an independent 75-year-old: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and garden access
- Answer ONE of Questions 1–2 and ONE of Questions 3–4; written model answers stand in for the A3 drawings the hub cannot check
