- Reusable packaging system for a Brisbane-based independent cafe chain: context, brief, constraints, user groups, sustainability implications
- Design elements and principles applied to packaging: form, function, material honesty, ergonomics, visual communication
- QCAA Assessment Objectives 2, 4, 5 and 6: applying design knowledge, devising via divergent thinking, evaluating against criteria, representing and communicating design intent
- Cultural and ethical considerations in sustainable packaging design: Indigenous perspectives, community impact, waste reduction ethics
- Relevant Australian standards and regulation: packaging, food safety, single-use plastic bans in Queensland
- Historical and contemporary design precedents: refillable systems, modular packaging, biomimicry in packaging design
